Jaime Molina is a Structural Stability Coach specializing in the prehab and rehab of tight musculature and the restoration of joint stability.
Through a proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) inspired approach, he works with both athletes and everyday individuals to rebuild functional movement and reduce pain at its source.
Trained as both a yogi, calisthenics and a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, Jaime’s work is rooted in lived experience, having rehabilitated himself from debilitating back pain linked to chronic inflammation.
As a certified yoga teacher, wellness coach, and master stretch therapist, his approach is grounded in both technical understanding and genuine care. His work reflects a clear priority: helping each individual move forward with measurable progress, not temporary relief.
