Welcome to Aided and Restorative Yoga, 

located at the Temple Garden Yoga Studio in Largo!

Within one business day, you will receive instructions on how to download the Momoyoga scheduling app so you can start your yoga classes, clinics, courses and workshops!

Please come to your first session dressed appropriately, 

in either yoga attire or with a workout in mind. 

If this is your first time, avoid shorts that are "too-short". 

Leggings or low-thigh length trunks are fine. 

No yoga experience, mat or props are required, 

but you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you already have them.
