At the Budogakan, every class is designed to help you move better, feel better, and take a more active role in your health. Our small-group classes combine movement, breath, mobility, strength, recovery, and community in a welcoming environment for every body and every experience level.
- Structural Stability with Jaime
Structural Stability combines breath-guided lengthening with muscular activation, body control, and functional strength. Each class helps improve mobility, balance, posture, joint stability, and movement awareness so your body becomes stronger and more capable throughout its full range of motion. Mon & Fri 10:00am
- Breathwork with Jaime
Breathwork uses intentional breathing techniques to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance. This guided practice creates space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop greater control over your physical and emotional responses. Weds 10:00am
- Lymph Flow with Genn
Lymph Flow is a gentle, movement-based self-care class that combines breathwork, lymph-node stimulation, and progressive body movements. - Fascial Release with Genn
Fascial Release uses guided self-massage, gentle movement, and targeted techniques to address restrictions within the body’s connective tissue. The class is designed to relieve tension, reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and create better support and stability around the joints. Tues 4:00pm / Weds 1:00pm
- Dance Fitness with Brenna
Dance Fitness is an energetic, full-body cardio workout featuring approachable choreography, rhythm-based movement, and elements of shadowboxing. It builds strength, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and confidence while music and community make exercise feel like something you look forward to. Tues & Thurs 7:00pm
